About the Job:


Branch manager oversees operations, handles customer complaints and generates financial reports. Overseeing the production with the head chef.


Duties:


Employees should adhere to company rules and fulfill their assigned responsibilities, while also recognizing that their duties may extend beyond the specific tasks outlined. Employees should maintain professional conduct by showing respect and courtesy to all colleagues, adhering to the dress code, and using professional communication skills. Proper hygiene, accurate attendance, and mindful use of company property are also essential for maintaining professionalism.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform shift checklist at the beginning of every shift; take an action regarding any problem that might occur during the upcoming shift.
  • Hold daily meetings to talk about the target, guest service, operational needs and financial objectives to ensure that all targets are met.
  • Ensure to deliver quality of service during all shift even during the off-days and holidays.
  • Evaluate the staff monthly performance and submit the report to the Brand Manager or operation manager.
  • Ensure to follow the Profit & Loss target from the finance department.
  • Oversees food preparation and food handling and ensuring compliance with health safety and international hygiene standards.
  • Ensure the location reaches the monthly target set by the operation team.
  • Skim the cashier drawer and count the money in front of the cahier before submitting the Daily Sales Report.
  • Monitors employees to ensure performance expectations are met.
  • Act regarding any spoiled or damaged food items and document what action was taken regarding the issue.
  • Ensuring proper storage of ingredients, especially highly perishable ones such as meat, poultry, milk products and so on.
  • Monitor and coordinate in the inventory and purchases food and supplies.
  • Should be aware what is present in the stock and manage the back of house orders or requests of products.
  • Handles customer complaints and resolve issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring consistency in quality and portion size of serving and take-away dishes.
  • Submit monthly Inventory report to Brand
  • Manager, operation and finance departments.
  • He handles the weekly schedule of shifts related to all staff and provide plans to deal with absences and vacations.
  • Coordinate with Guest Experience Specialist to communicate customer complaints and reach best solutions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a restaurant branch manager.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic Microsoft skills
  • Ability to send and read reports
  • Professional English and Arabic language
  • Team leader
