Job Purpose / Objective
Coordinate and support the day to day operations of OD team such as assist organizational charts, workforce planning and process reengineering to improve the structural efficiency and effectiveness of HMG.

Education/ Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably Master’s Degree/ Human Resource, Business Administration, Organizational Development.
Experience
One (1) year of experience in developing structures, job roles, workflows and processes.
