Job Purpose / Objective


Responsible to research, analyze and implement macro and microstructures of relevant operating processes, and process reengineering to improve the structural efficiency and effectiveness of HMG. The position holder will also be responsible for workforce planning across HMG.


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities


  • Assist OD Manager to develop a strong and coherent strategy for organizational development, putting in place a powerful OD methodology and toolkit in order to develop OD capacity in the organization.
  • Facilitate/support organizational structure design; redesign efforts to ensure the realization of intended business objectives.
  • Prepare a step-by-step plan to change the organization’s structure and update the workforce needs.
  • Prepare an accurate current or proposed organogram or organizational charts.
  • Evaluate current HR processes and coordinate the process of HR Optimization and HR Process Re-engineering processes to improve the efficiency of the current HR processes.
  • Assist OD Manager to design, develop and implement strategic organization development initiatives which will ultimately assist HMG business efficiency and capacity as well as influencing and shaping the organization’s culture.
  • Develop a strong network of contacts across the organization in order to action specific organizational effectiveness plans and ensure that there is consistency and cohesion between diverse work streams.
  • Work with various teams, develop and implement strategies to develop employee talent to ensure their skills grow with the demands of the organization.
  • Assist OD Manager to design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.
  • Evaluate strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of workforce planning activities.
  • Identify critical and key positions.
  • Prepare a wide range of comprehensive workforce reports incorporating the analysis of trends and issues and the benchmarking of results against better practice targets.
  • Prepare Annual Workforce Plan for existing and future HMG project.
  • Assist in developing employee career development and retention plans.
  • Draw up plans to match supply to demand and satisfy requirements, ensuring that talent pools are developed in advance of requirements and needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of headcount requirements and work with Finance team to ensure that requirements are factored in to budgets and finance forecasts.
  • Ensure data accuracy by working closely with the Oracle HRIS team and functional user.
  • Comply with all HMG policy and procedures and ensure its effectives.
  • Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
  • Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
  • Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.

Education/ Professional Qualification


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably Master’s Degree/ Human Resource, Business Administration, Organizational Development.

Experience


  • (3-5) years of experience in developing structures, job roles, workflows and processes.  

Professional Licensing / Certification / Training


  • Relevant certifications, preferably SPHR/PHR, CHRP.
