Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and a strong background in Finance and Accounting. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with occasional travel as needed. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing financial solutions that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle Cloud FIN modules including Receivables Cash Management Payments Payables Assets General Ledger and Expenses.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Financials Cloud and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all implemented solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of financial systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud Financials and related technologies.
- Participate in project planning and management ensuring timely delivery of solutions within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Oracle Cloud FIN modules including Receivables Cash Management Payments Payables Assets General Ledger and Expenses.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
- Have a solid background in Finance and Accounting with a deep understanding of financial processes and regulations.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Show proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage projects ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Show a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud Financials.
