An exciting opportunity is available for (Operator, Sheet Line) based in Riyadh.

 Summary:

Operates under general supervision, team member. Knowledge and insight of practical methods, techniques and work processes gained through work experience and basic technical training. Performs a range of tasks in more than one area with complicated equipment and coordinate activities among the operators/technicians so that all activities are carried out in safe and timely manner.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Operate equipment in more than one process area, simple troubleshooting where necessary.
• Perform initial machine start up and make adjustments throughout the production run.
• Prepare the site for operational or maintenance work, including start-up, shut-down.
• Ensure a clean and safe production floor at all times.
• Load raw material into the machine, manually cycles, and unloads the finished product.
• Collect field data and report to a higher level for analysis to ensure equipment is operating and maintained effectively.
• Participate in operating and safety trainings and to ensure standards of performance are achieved.
• Fill out production batch records when needed.
• Comply with all relevant quality and HSE procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Minor trouble shooting, reporting malfunctions/status and handing over to ensure that a safe operation is maintained.
• Verify that the site equipment of work that the role is coordinating is prepared for maintenance, with supervision.
• Routinely checks the product against fixed gauges and adjusts set-up accordingly.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Diploma Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with a Diploma degree in the same field.
