Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, and targets (volume, cost, wastage, and quality).
Perform setup activities and operate aseptic liquid filling machines safely and in accordance with instructions.
Operate and troubleshoot autoclave and freeze dryer equipment (preferred experience).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels.
Perform cleaning activities per required procedures (machine cleaning, work area cleaning) in compliance with cGMP.
Maintain good workplace organization and housekeeping in the manufacturing area.
Ensure good documentation practices for batch records, forms, documents, and logbooks.
Adhere to SOPs, GMP, and ISO regulations.
Assist team members in the manufacturing areas when needed.
Train and instruct personnel to follow appropriate SOPs.
Work flexible shifts (day shift and night shift).
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational issues.
Manual dexterity and initiative for performing tasks.
Ability to work safely and use material-moving equipment correctly.
Basic math skills for calculating machine OOE and performing measurements.
Ability to work overtime when necessary.
