As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the organisation. You will be a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for monitoring workflows, managing resources, and ensuring that operational goals and targets are met.


In this role, you will:


  • Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within quality standards;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals;
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and foster a collaborative environment;
  • Monitor and optimise operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations;
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to develop and implement solutions;
  • Ensure the availability and proper functioning of tools, machinery, and technology needed for operations;
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resource sharing;
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate team performance and operational efficiency;
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management;
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimise downtime and disruptions;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies;
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring that operations meet or exceed customer expectations;
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to operations;
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
