As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure the safety and efficiency of the company’s operations. You will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for monitoring workflow, managing resources, and ensuring operational goals and targets are met.
In this role, you will:
• Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards;
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets;
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges and foster a collaborative environment;
• Monitor and improve operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity;
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations;
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and work with the team to develop and implement solutions;
• Ensure that required tools, machinery and technology are available for operations and ensure their safety and proper function;
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and resource sharing;
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess team performance and operational efficiency;
• Prepare and report operational performance to senior management;
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions;
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company regulations and policies;
• Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring that operations meet or exceed customer expectations;
• Handling and resolving customer complaints or operational issues;
• Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

• Previous experience as an operations Supervisor .
