The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the bakery to ensure efficient production and high-quality standards. This role involves managing staff, coordinating production schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The Operations Supervisor will work closely with the bakery manager to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
