Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Facility
management leader to help build a fully integrated FM department. Help develop
SOP, obtain certifications, develop training, and estimation functions for the
Company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both hard and
soft services, with a proven background in facility management or operations in
the Saudi Arabian market. This role will involve managing day-to-day
operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing the
performance of facilities, semi-government, and corporate clients, including
high-profile companies such as Aramco and SABIC, experienced in Oil and Gas
sectors, petrochemicals, or Jubail industrial city facilities. Also will
building and growing a strong team to manage project growth.QualificationsProven experience in facility management, operations, or
maintenance, particularly in hard and soft services.Previous experience working with government,
semi-government, Aramco, SABIC, or similar organizations. Jubail industrial
city, petrochemicals and oil and gas sectors.Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, and other maintenance areas.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve
problems efficiently.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facility Management,
Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
