Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Facility
management leader to help build a fully integrated FM department. Help develop
SOP, obtain certifications, develop training, and estimation functions for the
Company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both hard and
soft services, with a proven background in facility management or operations in
the Saudi Arabian market. This role will involve managing day-to-day
operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing the
performance of facilities, semi-government, and corporate clients, including
high-profile companies such as Aramco and SABIC, experienced in Oil and Gas
sectors, petrochemicals, or Jubail industrial city facilities. Also will
building and growing a strong team to manage project growth.
