Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Facility management leader to help build a fully integrated FM department. Help develop SOP, obtain certifications, develop training, and estimation functions for the Company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both hard and soft services, with a proven background in facility management or operations in the Saudi Arabian market. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing the performance of facilities, semi-government, and corporate clients, including high-profile companies such as Aramco and SABIC, experienced in Oil and Gas sectors, petrochemicals, or Jubail industrial city facilities. Also will building and growing a strong team to manage project growth.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in facility management, operations, or maintenance, particularly in hard and soft services.
  • Previous experience working with government, semi-government, Aramco, SABIC, or similar organizations. Jubail industrial city, petrochemicals and oil and gas sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance areas.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
