We are hiring an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager!
A well-established café brand in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee its multi-branch operations. If you have a strong background in café management and are ready to take on a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations across all branches to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high service quality.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality control.
• Lead, train, and support branch supervisors and staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor inventory, supply chain logistics, and implement effective cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia or any of the GCC countries.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in the café sector (coffee shop experience is a must).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of operational workflows, staff management, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and local health regulations.
