Operations Manager/مدير عمليات

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They will ensure that all processes and procedures are followed, and that the company operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, and customer service.
3. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication and coordination.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
4. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
