Operation Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to provide expert leadership and oversight in project controls for our pivotal infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing project control strategies and frameworks, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to the highest quality standards. Your analytical skills and extensive experience will be essential in guiding project performance, fostering collaboration among teams, and optimizing resources across various complex programs.

As a key member of our management team, you will contribute to the strategic direction and operational success of JASARA PMC, driving excellence in project execution that aligns with the overarching goals of Vision 2030.

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project control processes and procedures across multiple large-scale projects.
• Manage and analyze project scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Provide expert guidance on risk management strategies and ensure proactive identification and mitigation of potential project risks.
• Prepare and present detailed project performance reports and forecasts to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with project teams to enhance communication and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Mentor and develop the project controls team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry regulations.
