WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
-Review Lab daily report to ensure meeting all contractual and technical specifications
-Present the Operations monthly report to the Line Manager
-Provide technical support and analysis to the team whenever required
-Interact with sub-contractors for the supply of the consumables
-Communicate Technical and Safety issues to operation staff and the Subcontractors.
-Document and investigate all incidents occurring in the Plant
-Interact with sub-contractors for removing the refusals if needed.
-Monitor the plant performance: running hours, process results, equipment
-Responsible for the training of his team
-Monitor and follow up all process Data
-Deal with the consulting office , respond to the technical requirements

-Manage all the operation staff (internal and subcontracted)
-Define the operation instructions and optimize the plant operation
-Facilitate maintenance operations in collaboration with Maintenance team to minimize the disturbance on the process
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*Bachelor degree of Engineering, Electrical /Mechanical/Chemical department 4-7 years experience in the same field
Process knowledge in Reverse Osmosis (RO) - Seawater desalination
Driving License is a must* Maintenance knowledge
Problem identification & problem solving skills
Reporting skills
Leadership skills
High Communication skills
Excellent command of English & Arabic
