Join our Smart Infrastructure Energy performance services division as the O&M Senior Project Engineer and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.
You‘ll make a difference by:
·Prepare and submit yearly and medium-term maintenance budgets.
·Prepare and Submit Monthly O&M reports to client.
·Regular coordination with Client and consultant.
·Attend meetings with Client and consultant for quick resolution of challenges/issues and solve with SLA.
·Prepare Replacement plans and budgets annually.
·Providing quarterly progress plan.
·Implement operational process and usage of O&M platform.
·Implement maintenance plans and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
·Planning of external maintenance activity for various parties.
·Track and maintain Spare parts inventory across the projects.
·Follow Performance and Maintenance KPIs.
·Planning of regular training for technicians.
·Liaising with the M&V team to monitor plant performance and improve efficiencies.
·Support the M&V team for monthly energy meter and trend data collections across various sites.
·Review, validate and improve the maintenance strategy (predictive, preventive, curative/outsourced, insourced etc.), the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the processes and topics for continuous improvements.
·Ensure that all works comply with the Company's design, safety, quality, environmental compliance, and procedural standards.
Your success is grounded in:
·Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Mechanical, HVAC or Facilities Management.
·At least 8 years of experience as an O&M Engineer / O&M Manager.
·Knowledge in Energy utilities for Commercial building (HVAC, BMS, Lighting etc.).
·Good knowledge in BMS commissioning and building control system as an added advantage.
·Very good knowledge in Microsoft office Pack.
·Organized, rigorous and analytical with strong reporting skills and conscientious with follow-up.
·Good communication skills and a team player.
·Good time management and able to multi-task in a rapid changing work environment.
·Self-motivated, takes initiative and able to work under pressure.
·Has a good safety mindset and displays good Workplace Safety and Health behavior.
·Proficient in Arabic and English will be added advantage.
