ROLE OVERVIEW
The Onboarding Specialist is dedicated to enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring high levels of engagement and productivity through streamlined processes, positive interactions, and close collaboration with StaffCo's global clients and recruitment agencies. This role is essential to fostering smooth transitions for new hires into the NEOM culture and operational standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Engagement
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and international recruitment agencies, providing clear guidance and support throughout onboarding in alignment with StaffCo’s SLAs.
- Establish a customer-centric approach, building positive client relationships and supporting StaffCo’s mission and values.
Documentation and Compliance
- Collect, review, and verify all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Orientation and Training
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions to introduce candidates to company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Work with internal teams to organize necessary training programs as needed.
Process Management
- Use onboarding software to streamline and automate processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at each stage.
Problem Resolution
- Address any concerns or issues raised by candidates during onboarding promptly and effectively to maintain a positive experience.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from candidates on their onboarding experience and work with internal teams to enhance the process based on their insights.
Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to foster strong communication and relationships.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Proven experience in onboarding, HR administration, or a related field, ideally within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of onboarding best practices, compliance, and HR policies and procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent experience.
