What will your main responsibilities be
Develop and implement effective online strategies to support sales and marketing objectives within assigned Modern Trade accounts.
Manage and expand online relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, including DMC, Account managers and Modern trade customers.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned customer profiles, purchasing patterns, and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Analyze sellout data and online metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize online campaigns.
Develop and manage online content tailored to specific customer needs and preferences.
Monitor and respond to online inquiries and feedback from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiate and finalize online commercial agreements with customers.
What you need to succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in sales or account management role, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
Skills
Strong understanding of online marketing principles and digital platforms (e.g., e-commerce websites, social media).
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
