Role Summary:
Responsible for reviewing contracts, managing contract data, ensuring compliance with approval procedures, and maintaining an organized archive of contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review all incoming contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Enter and maintain necessary data for each contract into the appropriate systems or databases, including contract terms, dates, parties involved, and any relevant clauses or provisions.
- Coordinate and track the approval process for contracts, ensuring that all necessary stakeholders review and approve contracts in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a systematic process for archiving contracts, including proper documentation, filing, and storage to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree,Business administration. Accounting, Finance, Law
- +1 year of experience in various rules.
