We’re currently recruiting for an Office Receptionist as part of the growth of our KSA team.

Responsibilities: 

• Supporting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term engagement with oversight from senior team members.
• Collaborating with client leadership to help develop and execute client strategies.
• Building and managing detailed project plans using tools like Monday.com, identifying deadlines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Aligning account teams with client objectives and tracking project goals.
• Maintaining consistent communication with clients, sharing updates on project progress and challenges.
• Promptly addressing client requests and escalating to appropriate contacts as needed.
• Assisting in crafting decks/plans tailored to client briefs
• Contributing to process improvements by implementing feedback and participating in retrospectives.
• Preparing internal reports for senior management on project status, risks, and next steps.
• Delivering high-quality work and supporting problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction.
• Exploring innovative approaches to improve client processes and service delivery.
