A Reputable Company located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking to recruit an Office Manager.
Main Duties:
Manage the Vice Chairman’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Oversee office operations, ensuring supplies, facilities, and resources are efficiently maintained.
Act as a point of contact between the Vice Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Vice Chairman.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in planning and executing internal and external events as required.
Prepare and manage periodic reports, including performance updates, operational summaries, and executive briefings, as directed by the Vice Chairman.
Arrange and oversee all aspects related to the Vice Chairman’s professional responsibilities, including coordinating cross-functional tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining efficient workflows.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
