Location: 2nd industrial city Dammam- Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed- Arranging business Travel/ accommodation - Arranging travelling visa for overseas- Assist accounts for book keeping and data entry.- Assist colleagues whenever necessary- Booking couriers - Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)- Ordering and maintaining office stationery- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers- Supervise Office boy.- Managing office/building in general
