Location: 2nd industrial city Dammam
- Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Arranging business Travel/ accommodation
- Arranging travelling visa for overseas
- Assist accounts for book keeping and data entry.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Booking couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Supervise Office boy.
- Managing office/building in general
- Outstanding ENGLISH Verbal and Written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
