Develop and implement comprehensive occupational health programs and initiatives.
Promote healthy lifestyle choices and preventive health measures among employees.
Coordinate health education and wellness programs.
Conduct regular health assessments for employees, monitor health trends and workplace hazards, and implement health surveillance programs.
Provide first aid, manage treatment and rehabilitation of work-related injuries, and develop return-to-work programs.
Ensure compliance with health regulations, maintain accurate records, and submit reports.
Conduct workplace health risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and collaborate with HSSE personnel on health concerns.
Develop and deliver occupational health and safety training, educate employees on preventive measures, and stay updated on industry practices.
Maintain accurate patrol logs and incident reports, ensure documentation compliance, and submit detailed reports.
Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job.
