NOC Team Leader
Job Description
Lead the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, ensuring effective monitoring and management of network performance. Oversee the resolution of network incidents and manage escalations as needed. Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with agreed performance metrics. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of network issues and incidents. Implement and maintain best practices for network monitoring and incident management.

Technical Skills
• Proficiency with NOC tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios.

• Strong knowledge of SLA management and ensuring network performance targets are met.
• Experience in incident management and the ITIL process.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow for tracking incidents and issues.
