NOC (Network Operations Center)

We are seeking a detail-oriented NOC Technician to monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring its availability, performance, and security. The role involves proactively identifying network issues, resolving incidents, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor network performance and health using network management tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Respond to and resolve service outages, escalations, and incidents.
• Perform routine network maintenance and updates.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex network issues.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and network configurations.
