Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation.
Develop new and innovative mocktail recipes, keeping up with current trends and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety regulations.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist with training new staff members on mocktail preparation and presentation.
Handle customer feedback and address any issues promptly and professionally.

Work Environment:

This role requires standing for extended periods and working in a bustling environment.
The Mocktail Maker will often work evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.

المهارات

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Mocktail Maker, Bartender, or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages, including juices, syrups, and garnishes.
Creative flair for developing new and unique mocktail recipes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in beverage preparation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus, but not required.
