• Assist in maintaining and updating HR information systems and databases
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other tools
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights for HR programs and initiatives
• Provide support in HR data entry, data validation, and data quality assurance
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
