This scope of work provides a clear and detailed framework for the role of a Microsoft Endpoint Manager Consultant within a managed services environment, defining what is expected in terms of deployment, management, and optimization of SCCM and Intune. – System Deployment: Configure and deploy Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions, including SCCM and Intune, across the organization’s network
– Security Management: Apply best practices in endpoint security management to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other vulnerabilities.
– Patch Management: Regularly update and patch systems to secure endpoints against known exploits as part of ongoing maintenance routines.
– Asset Management: Monitor and manage hardware and software assets to ensure that all endpoint devices are accounted for and compliant.
– Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues related to SCCM and Intune.
– Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing the status, performance, and security posture of endpoints.
– Training and Documentation: Offer training and create documentation to assist IT staff in using SCCM and Intune effectively.
