The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations within a General Engineering Consultancy. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure that the software meets the company's operational needs and enhances overall efficiency.Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and customize the ERP system accordingly.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the software.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.Develop and maintain documentation related to system processes and user guides.Stay updated on the latest features and updates of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to recommend enhancements.Conduct regular audits of the system to ensure data integrity and compliance.Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for ERP-related projects.Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes to management.Preferred Candidate:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.Project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
