Scope of Work:Create, modify, and delete user accounts and mailboxes; manage user
licenses and permissions.Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online,
OneDrive for Business, Intune, IAM, Defender and Microsoft Teams.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and
services, including email delivery, access issues, and collaboration tools.Manage and update security policies, including multi-factor authentication
(MFA), data loss prevention (DLP)Conduct regular service performance review of Microsoft 365 services and
apply updates or patches as necessary.Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency and user experience.Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft 365-related inquiries
and support for users.Provide guidance to users on Microsoft 365 features and respond to their
requests when needed.Ensure regular backups of critical data and configurations are performed.Assist Backup team in implementing recovery plans for Microsoft 365 data and services.RequirementsQualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:3+ years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 services.Proven experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of IAM principles, Intune, and Defender.Experience with security policy management and troubleshooting.Certifications (Preferred):Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Administrator Associate.Other relevant Microsoft certifications.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Work Location is in Jeddah
