Scope of Work:
Create, modify, and delete user accounts and mailboxes; manage user licenses and permissions.
Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, IAM, Defender and Microsoft Teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services, including email delivery, access issues, and collaboration tools.
Manage and update security policies, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP)
Conduct regular service performance review of Microsoft 365 services and apply updates or patches as necessary.
Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency and user experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft 365-related inquiries and support for users.
Provide guidance to users on Microsoft 365 features and respond to their requests when needed.
Ensure regular backups of critical data and configurations are performed.
Assist Backup team in implementing recovery plans for Microsoft 365 data and services.
