MEP Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Supervisor to lead and manage our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of MEP systems, installation, T&C, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• MEP system installation, testing, and commissioning.
  
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  
• Assign technicians to jobs and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  
• Oversee the quality of work performed by technicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, providing technical guidance to technicians when necessary.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors addressing concerns and providing updates on service progress.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment for the team.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency.
  
• Create daily reports for the activities on the site.
  

Education: Diploma or associate degree in HVAC or MEP engineering or a related field.

Experience:

·Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP system, installation, testing, and commissioning.

·Experience with energy audits and site surveys is a plus.

Technical Skills:

·Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical termination, and mechanical installation.

·Strong understanding of the installation procedures as per the standards.

·Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

·Follow safety rules and report on safety issues.

·Prepare daily/monthly reports.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC, or energy management are desirable.

Soft Skills:

·Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

·Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work on-site, including lifting and maneuvering equipment, and working in various environmental conditions.

Work Environment:

• The role requires both office work and fieldwork, including site visits, inspections, and hands-on technical tasks.
