MEP Project Director

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly qualified MEP Project Director to oversee and lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a variety of high-profile construction projects. This pivotal role entails managing MEP project teams, ensuring that all MEP installations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

As the MEP Project Director, you will be responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and coordination with stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for MEP-related matters. You will work closely with other project directors and engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration and execution of systems in accordance with the project's vision and goals.

• Develop and implement project strategies to achieve MEP objectives within budget and on schedule.
• Lead the MEP project team in the execution of design, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to develop comprehensive MEP system designs.
• Monitor project performance and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain project health.
• Oversee procurement and management of materials and subcontractors for MEP components.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, issues, and necessary actions with stakeholders.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the MEP project team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
