MEP Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the MEP team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve MEP design drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate MEP activities with other disciplines, including architecture and structural engineering.
• Develop project schedules and resource plans for MEP works.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Identify potential issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks associated with MEP systems.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems
