Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring their proper functioning and minimizing downtime. You will work closely with the engineering team to identify and address any mechanical issues, as well as perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment, including troubleshooting, replacing parts, and conducting tests to ensure proper functioning.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
4. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
