In this role you will manage Operations activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the section’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
· Develop logistical plans for project operations, including timelines, schedules, and consolidation points, ensuring efficient execution of activities.
· Serves as the Supply Chain focal point of contact for operations.
· Monitor and report on the progress of logistical plans, identifying risks, issues are escalated and resolved, and documenting changes and approvals.
· Oversee the regional budget to ensure project implementation within budget and plan.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and third-party logistics suppliers, to align goals, resolve issues, and achieve project objectives.
· Develop and implement work procedures, schedules, and workflow instructions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency in logistical and administrative processes.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
· Not less than 6 years of experience in Business Administration, Operation Management or relevant field
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operation Management or equivalent is preferred
