In this role, you will be responsible for
· Develop marketing promotion plans that clearly state brief requirements, ROI calculation and reporting (with learnings).
· Create a Marketing Promotion calendar covering each hub in the region at the appropriate time with the appropriate activity.
· Keep track of investments in media spend, content production and other costs and drive a customer and business data-driven approach to assign investments to cross functional initiatives.
· Follow-up promotion and brand KPIs such as share of voice, loyalty, market penetration, sales net, traffic and conversion against pre-approved KPIs.
· Support reviewing external trends and competitor actions to identify regional promotion opportunities.
· Work closely with Key Account and their partners to identify joint promotion for more extensive reach.
· Maintain relationships with suppliers, key industry bodies, and peers.
· Secure & negotiate marketing promotions with key trade partners.
· Prepare & execute tactical campaigns for the marketing promotions.
· Integrate trade marketing promotions with seasonal campaigns.
· Maintain effective working relationships with advertising agencies and key operators to drive engagement and support brand strategies.
· Execute a stakeholder plan that prioritizes loyalty, accountability, compliance, and delivery.
· Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
· Recommended not less than 6 years of experience in relevant field
· A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred
