In this role, you will be responsible for
· Drive business decision-making by conducting thorough data analysis, converting data into actionable insights and recommendations to guide informed business decisions.
· Develop and implement data-led performance measures to inform KPI metrics, ensuring accurate and relevant measurements for assessing business performance.
· Prepare and manage the Analytics unit’s annual budget, participate in the departmental budgeting cycle, and effectively utilize the budget, providing accurate reports on progress and challenges.
· Investigate and propose strategies that positively impact STA, focusing on mitigating financial and operational risks through data-driven insights and recommendations.
· Identify and propose key data sources, prepare data and analytics plans, and supervise all analytics activities within the MEA BU. Prepare and publish periodic and ad-hoc business analytics reports, collecting feedback to improve future deliveries.
· Propose and implement improvements to MEA BU Analytics & Insights unit’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and high-quality results. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and support colleagues in continuous process improvements.
· Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
· Recommended not less than 6 years of experience in relevant field
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
