Could you be the full-time onsite Material Planner in Jeddah, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your detail-oriented and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll manage your Supplier's portfolio (Internal and/or External suppliers) to ensure the timely, precise, and strategic delivery of goods, directly contributing to the efficiency and success of Alstom's operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Logistics), express delivery needs to suppliers and contribute to the governance of the Supplier's delivery performances, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Monitoring and managing the delivery schedules of suppliers to align with production requirements,
Communicating effectively with suppliers to express delivery needs and expectations,
Analyzing and reporting on supplier delivery performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies,
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive action plans for performance enhancement,
Contributing to supplier risk management and mitigation activities,
Ensuring the accuracy of supply chain data in the ERP system, reflecting all contractual agreements,
Partnering with the Procurement team to align procurement strategies with supply chain objectives,
Identifying potential supply chain disruptions and proactively developing contingency plans,
Participating in supply chain process optimization initiatives,
Engaging in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in materials planning and supply chain management"

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field,
Experience or understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management,

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
