Material – Bids Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the bidding process for materials, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Analyze market trends and material costs to inform bidding strategies and procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define material requirements and specifications for bids.
• Review and evaluate bid submissions, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints.
• Prepare and present bid proposals to senior management and project teams, outlining strategies and recommendations.
• Monitor and manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
• Implement best practices for bidding and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in material procurement and bidding.
