Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define material requirements and specifications for bids.
  • Review and evaluate bid submissions, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and present bid proposals to senior management and project teams, outlining strategies and recommendations.
  • Monitor and manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
  • Implement best practices for bidding and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in material procurement and bidding.

(job will be between projects in Riyadh and Dammam)

المهارات

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of [X years] of experience in procurement, bidding, or supply chain management, with at least [Y years] in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of material sourcing, bidding processes, and vendor management.
