Material – Bids / Specialist Third Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire bidding process for materials, ensuring compliance with project requirements and organizational standards.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms from suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define material specifications and requirements for bids.
• Analyze bid submissions, evaluating pricing, quality, and delivery timelines to recommend optimal sourcing options.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends and material costs to inform bidding strategies and procurement decisions.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals and procurement plans to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices for bid management and procurement processes, enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices in all procurement activities.
