Job Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist & Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This individual will play a pivotal role in both creating strategic marketing plans and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, crafting innovative marketing strategies, overseeing execution, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to clients' objectives. Use data and market research to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and a smooth project experience from start to finish.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, digital advertising, content marketing, etc.).
• Project Management: Work closely with internal teams (design, content, development) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights. Recommend adjustments and optimizations to maximize ROI.
• Client Presentations: Present strategies, reports, and results to clients, providing recommendations for future growth and development.
• Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the work and continue to trust us with their marketing needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Strategist, Account Manager, or in a similar role in the marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO, content marketing, PPC, etc.).
• Experience in client relationship management, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and provide innovative marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM tools, etc.).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Preferred:

• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or the broader Gulf region.
• Familiarity with local trends and consumer behavior.
• A background in agency settings or experience working with diverse clients.
