Job Description Summary The Marketing Specialist serves as the primary contact for service lines, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing initiatives that align with JHAH’s strategic goals. This role involves managing relationships with senior leadership, external partners, and agencies to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects.

Review and approve marketing deliverables including content campaign materials and event plans ensuring alignment with the brand and strategic goalsReview and approve brand requests ensuring they adhere to established guidelines and align with the overall brand strategySupport troubleshooting and resolution of issues during campaign execution or event coordinationMonitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives analyzing metrics and ensuring the implementation of improvements as neededProvide adhoc mentorship and guidance to team members on operational challenges and execution best practicesProvide direction and oversight to the marketing team members ensuring all campaigns and events align with strategic prioritiesPresent campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for decisionmaking and optimization

Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives analyzing metrics and ensuring the implementation of improvements as needed
Provide adhoc mentorship and guidance to team members on operational challenges and execution best practices
Minimum Education Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Professional Certifications Required Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross.-functional teams and complex campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Years of Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, with significant expertise in managing marketing strategies for consumer brands or healthcare.
