Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will help design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials, social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute promotional strategies.
• Monitor and manage online brand presence and reputation.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and marketing activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and techniques to implement effective marketing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
