About the role:
The KSA Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies in KSA to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This individual will oversee local marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, market research, and will work closely with the regional teams to align efforts with the overall brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
● Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for the KSA market.
● Collaborate with the Brand Directors to ensure alignment with MENA marketing objectives while addressing local market needs.
● Identify new opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, and retention specific to the KSA region.
Brand Management:
● Lead efforts to build, enhance, and maintain the company’s brand image in the KSA market.
● Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities, both online and offline.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
● Oversee, manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
● Monitor digital trends and make recommendations for adjustments to strategy.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
● Look into market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior specific to the KSA market.
● Use insights to adapt marketing strategies and identify new trends.
● Monitor competitors to adjust strategies effectively.
Budget Management:
● Manage the marketing budget for KSA.
● Allocate resources effectively across different marketing channels,
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
● Collaborate with external agencies and partners for campaign execution, events/activations.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders cross functionally.
● Report on key marketing performance metrics to senior management.
Event Management:
● Organize and manage local events and activations to increase brand presence and engage with the KSA targeted audiences.
● Ensure seamless execution and deliver positive brand experiences.
Qualifications:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
● A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing) is a plus.
Experience:
● Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within KSA.
● Experience in the local market.
● Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning.
Skills:
● Strong understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior in KSA.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
● Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
● Creative thinker with the ability to drive innovation.
● Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
● Leadership and team management experience.
Language:
● Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
