Rewaa is looking for a Content Manager that is responsible for overseeing and managing the creation, distribution, and optimization of high-quality written and visual content for business-to-business marketing and communication initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's content strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, resonates with the B2B target audience, and maintains brand consistency. + Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports B2B lead generation, engagement, and sales enablement. Define content goals, themes, and distribution channels, aligning them with the company's marketing objectives.
+ Content Creation: Lead and manage a team of writers, and content creators to produce a wide range of B2B marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, sales collateral, and advertising content.
+ Audience Understanding: Conduct in-depth research to gain insights into the B2B audience, industry trends, pain points, needs, and preferences. Use this knowledge to inform content strategies and create content that resonates with the target audience.
+ Message Consistency: Ensure that all content communicates the company's value proposition, key messages, and unique selling points effectively, maintaining brand consistency across all B2B communication channels.
+ Content Optimization: Monitor content performance through analytics and apply data-driven insights to continually improve content quality and relevance. Optimize content for SEO and lead nurturing.
+ Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and subject matter experts to gather information and insights that inform content creation and distribution.
+ Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing strategies and deadlines.
+ Team Development: Coach and develop content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications



+ Proven experience as a Content Manager or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
+ Exceptional writing and editing skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of successful B2B content across various platforms.
+ Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes, target audience behaviors, and challenges.
+ Leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
+ Proficiency in content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
