Marketing Manager is responsible for leading our brand’s growth and drive customer
engagement. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, content strategy, brand
positioning, and digital initiatives to enhance our presence in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with Blend’s growth goals.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including paid and organic campaigns, social media, content
marketing, and email outreach.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketers, designers, and content creators to ensure brand
consistency and high-quality output.
• Oversee Blend’s participation in industry events and networking opportunities.
• Define and implement a content strategy to boost SEO and establish thought leadership.
• Optimize performance-driven campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Develop compelling marketing materials in both Arabic and English to communicate Blend’s value
effectively.
• Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies for maximum
ROI.
• Manage PR and media relations, including press releases, partnerships, and influencer
collaborations.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Requirements
• +5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or Tech.
• Proven experience in marketing Tools and CRM.
• Proven track record in marketing to Saudi businesses and understanding of local market trends.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience working with copywriters,
designers, and external agencies.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Hands-on experience with SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and marketing
analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive marketing success.
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
