Job Description:
Our client is a marketing communication group with regional and local expertise in all aspects of Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Social Media, and Public Speaking.
They are looking for a
Marketing Manager to join their team and spearhead the marketing initiatives for the
Events Management business.
The Marketing manager will play a vital role in creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive the success of the company events and brand presence.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the company events, services, and brand initiatives. Collaborate with Creative and Business Development teams to craft marketing plans with clear objectives, target audiences, key messages, and promotional tactics.
- Ensure distinctive positioning for Showtime and its events, closely reflecting the company's vision and mission. Work with the Events Director and Creative Manager to achieve cohesive brand alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
- Conduct ongoing industry research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences, using insights to fine-tune strategies and support Business Development and Project Management teams.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
- Manage social media channels by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content that aligns with campaign objectives and event schedules. Ensure a consistent, engaging content flow across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
- Develop content strategies including blog posts, press releases, and case studies that resonate with the company brand voice, working with the Creative Team to ensure high-quality content production.
3. Event Promotion & Activation:
- Execute event-specific marketing strategies, including teaser campaigns, countdowns, and time lapses to build excitement and anticipation.
- Manage on-site engagement through live social media coverage, influencer collaborations, attendee engagement, and PR stunts to enhance real-time interaction.
- Lead post-event marketing initiatives, including video recaps, client testimonials, and media outreach to amplify the impact of events beyond the venue.
4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights to track the performance of marketing campaigns. Assess metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and engagement to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for the Managing Director and relevant teams, offering actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.
5. Branding & Corporate Identity
- Ensure all marketing materials (print, digital, and event-specific) adhere to the company branding standards. Work closely with the Creative Manager to enforce consistency across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the development of event-specific branding assets, including logos, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring cohesive use across digital, print, and on-site platforms.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing for events industry.
- Expertise in Strategy Development, digital marketing, social media management, and Campaign Management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
- Must be an Arabic Speaker with Fluency in English.
- Must be a pro-active person able to lead the marketing initiatives.
