As a Marketing Manager, you will provide and co create comprehensive, high quality marketing strategies and promotional materials/contents for the MCM for brand / portfolio. The role will work with cross functional team to plan and execute key strategic activity to achieve brand ambitious objectives.


This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career; these responsibilities include some of the following:


Core Responsibilities


  • Responsible for developing marketing strategy and execution of key marketing activities to Meningococcal vaccines portfolio.
  • Develop Marketing communication plan and secure approvals of promotional / educational materials based local SOPs.
  • Orchestrate all activities that have been implemented at the customer level to ensure end-to-end brand management.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure training of field force on brand/portfolio key message and promotional materials.
  • Ensure resources allocation is in line with the decided priorities.
  • Brand/ portfolio forecast & supply with cross functional team.
  • Lead cross functional team to develop and implement key activities supporting brand goals and achieving financial objectives.
  • KOLs management to ensure delivering best customer experience.
  • Work closely with the regional teams to ensure alignment on the local strategy and operational plans.
  • Prepare and execute the access and reimbursement plans, including working with the different stakeholders to ensure patients' access to GSK's medications / vaccines.
  • Manage GSK sponsorship to the local congresses, work with the different healthcare societies to build GSK advocacy and reputation.
  • Spend 30% of their time in the field to connect customers, support the sales team and ensure a deep understanding of the market insights and dynamics.

Why you?


Basic Qualifications: 


  • Four years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy is a must, MBA is a plus.
  • Preferred Vaccines / Saudi market experience.
  • Strong track record of performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellence in execution with the ability to deliver and exceed against tight timelines.
