Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Noor Al Fajr Contracting Co. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in both traditional and digital marketing, with the ability to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for growing and elevating brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Manage and optimize social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Oversee the design and execution of marketing materials, including case studies, project highlights, and promotional content.
• Improve SEO efforts to drive organic traffic to the company website.
• Coordinate and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to define and refine the company’s brand positioning and messaging.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors for specific marketing initiatives when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a background in construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.

نحن نبحث عن مدير تسويق ذو خبرة وديناميكي لقيادة تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية شاملة لشركة نور الفجر للمقاولات. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خلفية واسعة في التسويق التقليدي والرقمي، مع القدرة على زيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية، وتوليد العملاء المحتملين، وتعزيز تطوير الأعمال. يتطلب هذا الدور التفكير الاستراتيجي، والقدرة على إدارة المشاريع، والشغف بتطوير وتعزيز العلامات التجارية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية متكاملة لزيادة الظهور بالعلامة التجارية وتوليد العملاء المحتملين.
• إدارة وتحسين قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي، مع ضمان رسائل متسقة للعلامة التجارية وزيادة التفاعل.
• الإشراف على تصميم وتنفيذ المواد التسويقية، بما في ذلك دراسات الحالة، وأبرز المشاريع، والمحتوى الترويجي.
• تحسين جهود تحسين محركات البحث (SEO) لزيادة حركة المرور العضوية إلى موقع الشركة.
• تنسيق وإدارة حملات الإعلانات المدفوعة (مثل إعلانات جوجل، وإعلانات لينكدإن، وغيرها).
• العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق القيادة العليا لتعريف وتحديد هوية ورسائل العلامة التجارية للشركة.
• تحليل وتقارير حول فعالية الحملات التسويقية وتعديل الاستراتيجيات بناءً على رؤى البيانات.
• التعاون مع الشركاء والموردين الخارجيين عند الحاجة للمبادرات التسويقية الخاصة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة مثبتة في التسويق، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع المقاولات أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.
• معرفة قوية باستراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي، بما في ذلك وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتحسين محركات البحث، وتسويق المحتوى، والإعلانات المدفوعة.
• مهارات تواصل وكتابة ممتازة.
• القدرة على إدارة العديد من المشاريع التسويقية في وقت واحد.
• مهارات تحليلية قوية وخبرة في أدوات التسويق ومنصات التحليل.
• درجة بكالوريوس في التسويق أو الأعمال أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
