In this role you will be managing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (B2C and B2B) and projects in
China and Asia, working closely with local office and stakeholders.
Understand the local market entirely: political, economic social and technology, consumer, trade and
competitive dynamics, delivering insights and input to help drive the marketing plan with VP
You will be responsible for:
Manage and implement creative campaigns and projects both online and offline in China / Asia, with relevant buy in from all stakeholders
Actively monitor and optimize all B2C and B2B campaigns with the support of the Marketing Managers
Monthly reports on KPIs and quarterly Market reports impacting KPIs
Manage social and digital media with Social Media Manager
Key point for local creative, media, influencer agencies
Ensure total integration with PR and comms and STA CoE
Support on all marketing requests from the country office and STA stakeholders
Develop innovative ideas and business cases to win awards, break stereotypes and set benchmarks
Exemplary with full understanding of STA and govt policies, care and drive of procedure, working hand in hand
with APAC operations
Exemplary as key point with STA, CoE, management, local office, power partners and agencies
Budget accountability, Marketing Managers accountability, KPI with an to drive leisure visitation
You will need:
At least 10 years of experience in relevant filed
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or any relevant filed
Strong understanding of the Chinese Outbound traveler and their segmentation
Strong background of managing large-scale campaigns across China\Asia
High competence and exposure on digital and social with delivering /tracking / reporting KPI’s
