As our Marketing Executive who focuses on Projects, you will design and deliver critical aspects of the marketing strategy to achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets.  

You will achieve this through delivery of the brand, accurate customer segmentation, data analytics, campaign planning and multi-channel optimisation. 

What you will do:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among members.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Expense Management: Ensure that all project expenses raised by the team are tracked and kept up to date.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, and tracking key metrics to assess performance and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and documentation on project status for senior management and stakeholders.

What you will bring:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who can effectively manage projects from initiation to completion. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management or a similar role, demonstrating successful project delivery.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in project management software and tools such as Airtable would be very helpful. 
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
